Cybersecurity Job Search Update: Chasing Opportunities

After more than a decade working hands-on with enterprise networks, I recently completed a master’s degree in cybersecurity and I’m now actively pursuing my next role. My background spans Network Systems Technician and my education spans Information Technology Management, and Cybersecurity. I’m ready to bring that experience to a team that needs someone who understands both the infrastructure and the threats trying to get into it.

Right now I’m focused on state and federal government cybersecurity and network security roles. All of these offer the kind of long-term stability I’m looking for, and I’m open to relocating anywhere in the country for the right opportunity. If you work in any of these spaces, or know someone who does, I’d love an introduction.

If you have a contact at a federal agency, a state IT department, or a defense contractor who’s hiring, please reach out or share this post with them. Even a quick tip about where to look or who to talk to makes a real difference. Thank you to everyone who has already offered advice and encouragement along the way.
