It’s been a while, and I wanted to share one last update.
On the 19th of last month, I completed my 5K! After that, I took a well-deserved break—and last week, I joined a local jogging club. I’ve now jogged with the group for two sessions, each about 4km, and I plan to keep going with them. It’s been a great experience so far.
I’ve also been working on building strength, which has added a fun new element to my routine. I still jog around Mission Bay regularly—just today, I ran about 5.5km in 39 minutes.
