T14FinishService is a background-only Qt/C++ service for the user’s Manjaro T14 that acts as a central decision system for coding sessions: it checks that the battery is at least 55% and that at least 10 GiB of disk space is free, uses San Carlos/San Diego weather and sunset information together with weekday, holiday, and rain rules to calculate when coding should stop, and lets Bash scripts or AI coding tools such as ChatGPT or Claude ask whether to keep coding or switch to compiling, testing, documenting, and saving the project. It also honors the WE6JBO context file, preserves portable TG provenance metadata, tracks project ZIP revisions and milestones, and supports periodic Git backup behavior so the project can be developed safely over time.
