After wrapping up work this afternoon, I headed straight to Cowles Mountain. The 1.4-mile climb was invigorating, offering an elevation gain of 868 feet. My total moving time was 28 minutes and 5 seconds, though including breaks brought it closer to about 35 minutes. Capturing the hike data on STRAVA made it easy to track my progress and reflect on my fitness journey.
Following my refreshing hike, I quickly refueled with a snack before making my way to the San Carlos Library to focus on career goals. Tonight’s productive evening included updating and refining my resume and cover letter, which I promptly shared with my job coach. With these updated materials, I’m feeling optimistic about future career opportunities.
To round off my productive day, I’ll now dive into studying some important cybersecurity topics. I’m planning to watch Professor Messer’s videos on “Hardening Techniques (CompTIA Security+ SY0-701 – 2.5)” and “Cloud Infrastructures (CompTIA Security+ SY0-701 – 3.1)” to further strengthen my technical skills.
Balancing professional growth with physical wellness continues to energize and motivate me. Here’s to ongoing progress, both on the trails and in my career!
