Today, I focused on both physical fitness and cybersecurity awareness. After a solid workout at EoS Gym—jogging 1.53 miles in 19 minutes and climbing 92 flights of stairs—I turned my attention to MITRE ATT&CK, a powerful cybersecurity framework.
Using ATT&CK, I analyzed my personal security posture, identifying risks like T1078 (Valid Accounts) and strengthening my authentication methods. I also simulated T1566 (Phishing) scenarios, testing my email security to prevent potential threats. Thinking like an attacker is essential to staying one step ahead in cybersecurity. Fitness and security require consistency, and I’m committed to both!
