Mastering Security+ and Fitness: My Daily Progress at CL-208-71-001

Today felt like a true step forward. I started the morning with my Security+ class, part of my mission to pass the SY0-701 exam this November. After class, I reviewed the study notes I’ve been building—now expanded into a detailed guide designed for cybersecurity professionals. It explains core topics like vulnerabilities, threat actors, access control models, and cryptographic methods in depth.

This centers around the SY0-701 domains and goes far beyond surface-level definitions. They clarify foundational principles like the CIA triad, AAA framework, and non-repudiation, with real-world examples and repeated reinforcement and breaks down security controls by type and function—preventive, detective, corrective—and included emerging strategies like Zero Trust

For physical balance, I jogged 3.1 miles in about 33 minutes and climbed stairs for 40 minutes. My body is responding well, and these workouts keep me energized for late-afternoon study sessions.

This combination—physical discipline and academic focus—is helping me stay strong in every area of life.
